“The food at Bongde Goma Resort was truly excellent! Each dinner had a beautiful presentation, starting with a delicious appetizer, followed by a warming soup, a main entree loaded with fresh veggies and a good starch, and finally a dessert that was a rare treat for us during our travels in Bhutan. What a wonderful stay! I loved the peaceful setting of this resort, surrounded by rice fields and the occasional song of birds. The food was excellent, and the concept of training aspiring young adults in hospitality made it even more special. However, the servings for dinner, particularly the heavy beef dish, were a bit much for me. Overall, it was definitely worth the longer drive to get away from the hustle and bustle!
